This page explains what information Megazone Oslo AS collects when you book, contact us or visit megazone.no, and what we use it for.

Emails

We send emails about your customer relationship with us: booking confirmations, reminders and notices if anything changes. Beyond this, you may receive emails about what is happening at our centre and about past or upcoming bookings. If you would rather not receive these, you can unsubscribe in the first email you get.

Stored information

Personal data and any payment details are sent over encrypted connections. We only store what we need about you and your visit. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to post@megazone.no. For active and upcoming bookings we need to keep your information in our system.

Booking, forms and chat

• Booking: Bookings and gift cards are handled in Funbutler's booking system.
• Contact form: What you send via the contact form is forwarded to us by email through Formspark.
• Megabot: Our chat (Chatbase) only loads once you start using the page, and what you write in the chat is processed by Chatbase.
• Videos: Videos are shown via YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Analytics and tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, the Facebook Pixel or any other tools that track you for advertising on megazone.no.

Cookies

Our website does not set its own cookies for analytics or advertising. The services above (the booking system, the chat and the videos) may use cookies in order to work. You can read more about cookies and how to opt out of them at cookiesandyou.com.

Reservations

We reserve the right to correct errors on the website and in the booking system. By using the website and the booking system, you accept our terms of purchase. If a booking is made incorrectly because of an error in our systems, we may cancel it.
