Outdoor paintball

Full speed in the great outdoors – 20 minutes from the city centre

Our paintball field at Hellerudsletta has closed, but of course we still want to give our visitors the most epic paintball experience in Oslo. About 20 minutes outside central Oslo, we have teamed up with the city's paintball pros – Highjump Event – who run 3 fields covering 8,000 m² for 6–100 people, in beautiful countryside right by Stensrudvannet lake (Grønmo) – see the map.

Outdoor paintball is an activity for everyone: a proper adrenaline rush, and a huge amount of fun at the same time! All the equipment you need is included in the packages, and you get a thorough run-through of the safety rules before you are let loose on one of the fields. Highjump put together a great set-up so you get to play as much as possible: a large military field, a woodland field with a "capture the hill" game and a close-combat field for an intense experience.

Coming as a larger group? Book a tournament in the booking below – Highjump will then set up a fun competition for you.

The best thing about paintball is that anyone can play, whatever their gender or age – players must be at least 13 years old and need written consent from a parent or guardian until they turn 18. Games can be arranged so everyone gets the same amount of playing time and an equal chance, regardless of experience or physical limitations. As long as a few simple, basic safety rules are followed, paintball is very safe – injuries are extremely rare.

One of the most popular game scenarios is to split into 2 teams – the first team to knock out everyone on the other side wins. Paintball is a brilliant way to build team spirit at a kick-off or an activity day with clients and staff.

Would you rather play indoor paintball in central Oslo? Or would you like to rent equipment from us and play on your own field?
